Читать полностью Just right I like the size of these sheaths more than the standard nylon ones. I can get 2 bit kits, an extender, and a small ink pen in this sheath without it being difficult to close. The velcro runs long enough that I can get multiple sized tools in the pouch. I like how it carries deeper below the belt line and I can attach this to a backpack securely if I don't want the added weight on my belt. Pretty good quality for the price, just wish it came in more color ways. Like orange or a deep sunset orange for those of us that use one for camping, hunting, etc.

Читать полностью Does the job I modified 2 different Leatherman Surge multitools, by adding a hammer head. The tools were the too large to fit in the largest sheaths made by Leatherman, so I had to go even larger with a MOLLE sheath. Both multitools fit perfectly, with 2 full bit kits and an extention. I prefer the other style sheath, because velcro wears out quicker than I like. However, the MOLLE sheath allows for more room and thus more options. I call that a win. I chose 2 different colors for the sheaths, so that way I can keep my Surge tools separate.

Читать полностью Green sheath The green doesn't really look the same as the pictures, it's definitely more of a ranger green color NOT olive. I ended up dying mine with heavy canvas paint. The sheath itself is great, had the coyote one before this one. Very rugged and durable, has room for a sharpie or chemlight on each side, inside has space for one or two sets of the phillips bits as well as an extension bit.

Читать полностью The previous design was much better This new design has open sides at the bottom so parts can fall out. It also has extra elastic partitions inside that tools get snagged on. There was no need to add loops to the sides for things like a bit extender when the previous design had enough space to keep them inside the pouch. Overall the previous design was better.

Читать полностью Didn't wear well Mine became useless in a couple of months the material of the pouch itself is too thin. I had to stop using it because a hole form and I could have lost my Leatherman if I continue to use it
Читать полностью Come on Leatherman I've tried to leave a review here before, evidently they don't want honest reviews unless they're 5 stars. . but that's not reality. Leatherman really needs to step their game up with their sheaths, because as they are now, they leave much to be desired. The 'molle' sheaths lack mounting stability. . it's as though they've never actually inspected actual 'molle' and tested theirs against it. I have even emailed them with constructive ideas to their R&D department, but as you'd expect - crickets. . same with their multi tools. . they seem great, until something unnecessarily breaks because it's not been engineered properly, and then their warranty department sends the tool back in less than satisfactory condition. .
Seriously - do you guys need some actual educated hard working people to test products for you to help make your products proper/good!?
