Читать полностью Great all-purpose utility knife This knife is a big upgrade to the cheap utility knives I used to buy and keep with me every day at work. It has a good-size, sharp blade with a serrated edge, and just 3 small tools (screwdriver, Phillips-head, and a small pry utility), so you can open bottles, you have a small blade for packages, a punch/pry, etc. Definitely heavier than the ones I used to carry, but it's got a sturdy pocket clip that keeps it in place. A winning combination: great Leatherman quality, very useful, convenient, and a respectable price especially when you ask for it at Father's Day! The second Leatherman in my collection and I'm glad to have it.

I drive a forklift and wanted a knife easily accessible, frequently without having to undo my seatbelt every time. The belt clip helped fit the bill perfectly.

Читать полностью “Free”and Enlightening I chose the “Free” after reviewing the video on the Leatherman site. It was at the request of my 15 year old granddaughter that I get her a Leatherman tool with a combination serrated/ straight edge blade for Christmas. The lack of bulk that most multi tools have is what she liked. She carries one in her pack when hiking but the “Free” is close at hand on her belt without getting in her way at all.
A combination blade would be welcome in more of the Leatherman tools if made available.

Beyond its utilitarian nature, this thing is really enjoyable to hold. A very solid satisfying body that seems silly to use when opening your amazon packages but why not? Looking forward to many years of usage from this little guy.

ONLY complaint I have is I wish the outside metal was made of the same as the others, also making the K2X engraving more visible , but I’m sure you guys have your reasons. Читать полностью Awsome Knife It is a little heavy but it is really versatile and functional. I would prefer the the release was not so close to the belt clip for the side with the tools but otherwise it works awesome and I love it.

Читать полностью Awesome knife! Used to carry a Boker knife and a multitool but this great knife gives me a reliable EDC and the essential screwdrivers and prybar functions I use all the time. Switched the pocket clip over because I'm left handed, the blade unlocks are ambidextrous. Totally recommend this knife.

Used every day. Broke one, leather man replaced it with the improved Surge. Last week I gifted my crew with new Surges and a Free (for the guy with the replacement Surge). To a man, we feel less dressed without our Leathermans than if we didn’t pull on our. . . well, you understand what we’re saying.

I seldom use plyers but wanted something that combined the bottle opener and screw diver features. I love the weight and robust feel this knife offers. I bought a second for my father for a present. If you dont need the scissors the K2 is a great choice.

It was a little stiff at first, but after a few drops of oil I had the knife flicking out how I wanted. Overall very satisfied with this tool, looking forward to putting it through its paces for years to come.

Читать полностью Great knife The knife was bigger than I expected but clips comfortably in my pocket. Easy to open and close the blade one handed. The tools will take some practice. Very pleased with the quality and appearance. EDC for sure.
Читать полностью High quality but not for me This is my edc, replacing my C33T. I loved that thing, and while this is more convenient, Im not a fan of the size. This thing is huge! Also, the tools are kept in a compartment which looks like an afterthought, whereas the cricket models had tools that were seamlessly integrated. The knife is pointed up in the pocket, which im not entirely comfortable with but the magnetic feature has kept it secure thus far. One of my favorite tools has been the package opener, I’m hoping to see this on future models as well.
