Compact This is a handy piece of kit if you do not have a model equipped with a flat bit driver. This adapter fits the standard philips head screwdriver. Leatherman has been making this cast screwdriver since they went away from milled tools to cast in 2004. That means this kit fits older models too such as the Leatherman Blast.

Читати повністю Useful but ordered it without fully reading When I read about this peice, which fits nicely in the Wave+ holster very snugly, I did not read the spec sheet thoroughly, due to no fault of its own. Therefore when I received it in the mail, I was disappointed to find out that the 1/4 bit holder would not work on my Wave +. But the bits (8 fittings) work fine, therefore I can still use it. If I want to force the square hole of the bit holder, I can use by/4” bits that way, otherwise, I’ll prolly buy the correct leatherman for it, or continue to buy bit holders for mine.

A few star bits, different flat heads, some allen drivers and a greater range of Philips heads. 10 new drivers in total. The kit fits in the standard sheath with the rebar (adds a bit of bulk but doable). Very secure fit when in use and well worth the money. Highly recommended!

Читати повністю Don't leave home without it. Absolutely a must for Leatherman's that don't have the bit exchanger but have the phillips 3d screwdriver. It can be stored in the back of the large leatherman sheath. Not only does it accept Leatherman bits but also any standard screwdriver bits. It is very easy to put on a take off.

Читати повністю Fantastic customer service and a Great upgrade! I recently received free a new Bond from Leatherman, as my original PST of about 25 years ago had finally broken the blade tip. I just received the Removable Bit Driver as an upgrade for the Bond, and it is really a nice tool! It adds to the usefulness of the Bond, and is easy to carry.

Читати повністю New Life for a Classic! So, I eventually plan to get a Supertool 300 or Bond or both. In the meantime however I have an original PST and Supertool and the removable bit driver seems to work on both.
Then main use is on the Supertool however, so far its been very solid. It's worked well for some of the test projects I've used it on. I'm glad to say this will add some life and versatility back into some old work horses of mine!

You can put 2 other Leatherman bits or 2 regular 1/4 inch bits in the vertical empty slots. I have 2 standard Torx bits in there, T20 & T25.
